Maths

This week we have been learning how to use part-whole models and creating number sentences from them.

Phonics

This week we have been learning all the different ways to spell the sound 'ear'.

Music

Puffins have been practising their glockenspiel skills. We played the notes G, F and B in time to the music.

Geography

We have been finding out about the United Kingdom and the four countries it is made up from. We looked at the different flags and examined how they are represented in the Union Jack.

Extras

Mrs Mac had a bit of a sore throat this week so some of the children volunteered to read the class a story.
