Welcome back to the Summer term.
This half term we will be learning the following:
Literacy: A non-chronological report about Emporer Penguins.
Maths: Fractions. Our starting point this week is equivalent fractions.
Science: Astronomy. Our starting point this week is The Big Bang Theory and our Universe.
History: The Victorians. Our starting point this week is about Queen Victoria and her reign.
Spanish: My family.
Computing: Word processing. Our starting point is to add text to a Word document.
Art: Printmaking. Our starting point this week is mono-printing. The children have created some really beautiful artwork by using leaves to create their prints.
P.E will take place on a Tuesday this half-term. Our library slot has also been changed to a Tuesday. Please encourage your child to return their library book, so this can be changed.
Spelling tests will still take place on a Wednesday.
