We've been learning how to write words!
This week we have been learning how to build words in phonics.
We have learnt how to build:
Sam, Tam, sat, mat, at, am, it
You can help your child at home by helping them to identify the sounds at the beginning of words.
For example, Sam – the beginning sound is <s>.
In Maths, we have continued our learning from matching and have moved on to sorting.
We have sorted different objects based on different rules.
We have sorted by colour, object and shape.
You can help your child at home by talking about what is the same and what is different from a group of objects.

Please remember:
Thursdays are PE – please come to school in PE kits.
Wednesdays are our new library day – please bring library books in to change.
Every day – please bring a water bottle and book bags.
Please do not put water bottles in book bags.
