So the start of this week has got off to a triumphant start for Eastgate. We attended the SSP BEE finals along with 8 other schools. We are very happy after placing 3rd overall. 

In Eagles class, the children are currently learning about improving their target and aiming skills alongside football. In the pictures above you can see the children challenging themselves to different pieces of equipment to send and receive to one another. The children were particularly focusing on being ready to catch using open hands and pulling the equipment into their chests. Alongside the sending and receiving, the children used footballs to throw and try and score a goal against their goalkeeper.
