From King's Lynn Council

Our popular Food for Thought home cooking demonstrations are returning to The Beacon Church for our first series of Supper Sessions.

Designed for people who have been unable to attend during our morning sessions, due to work, studies or other commitments, Supper Sessions focus on helping people to save money and time when preparing mid-week meals, and to eat more healthily.

The sessions are free to attend and no booking is required. You don't have to attend all four weeks.

As with our regular Food for Thought sessions, our chef will demonstrate making quick and tasty meals with opportunities to sample the food made.

Sessions take place every week at 6pm until 7:30pm for 4 weeks from Tuesday 25th February until Tuesday 18th March.

Week 1 is One-pot wonders

Week 2 is mid-week lunches

Week 3 is Batch cooking

Week 4 is Fake-away meals
