In science we have been investigating surface area. We made different sized parachutes from paper and added paper-clips as a weight. We then investigated the surface area by dropping them from the same height and timing how long it took to reach the ground.
In our art module we have been learning about different types of print making, we have created our own prints and learnt about some famous print makers, such as: Andy Warhol, Rembrandt, Hokusai and Hogarth.
In maths, we have been looking at the place value of decimal numbers.
We started our new word processing unit in computing this week. We were using Word and learning how to type/edit text.
