Penguins Class

Staff

In Penguins class our teacher is Mrs. Warren-Wright (Monday to Friday).

 Our teaching assistants are Miss Pateman and Mrs. Fyson (Monday to Friday).

Homework and Expectations
Penguins class is a mixed class, including year three and year four students.

Every week your child will be set some homework. In addition to this, we expect each child to read as often as possible. For year three students, we expect fifteen minutes, ideally with an adult; for year four students twenty minutes, again ideally with an adult.

Times Tables

Students in year four will sit the National Multiplication Tables Check (MTC), which will demonstrate their knowledge of times tables. It is important that all children both in year three and year four practise their tables. Information on our times tables homework will be sent home with your child.

We hope your child will enjoy learning many new things in Penguins class. If you have any questions do not hesitate to speak to one of the staff adults.
